Elgin High Booster Club
The "E" Booster Club was established in 1944 to help support and to promote ALL athletic programs at Elgin High School. Our role is to provide financial support to various programs where funding has not been made available. Our role is to provide support through actively participating in the athletic programs.
This is done by attending your child's sporting event and:
- Assisting with the concession stand
- Selling MAROON WEAR clothing
- Serving as a grill master at the football games
- Helping to organize the annual Sports Banquet
- Assisting with the "E" Booster information table at various school events
- Helping to secure new members and source out potential sponsors
- Conducting 50/50 raffles at home games
- Assisting with any other fund-raising promotions.
The funds raised by the "E" Booster Club help support ALL ATHLETIC programs. Past booster contributions have purchased warm-ups and sweat-suits for Boys' Soccer, uniforms for Girls' Soccer, equipment for any sport where no other funds would have been available.
As parents of athletes, each and every one of us should help contribute either through our time, our talents and our resources to help ensure a positive athletic future at Elgin High School.
